The bands official site with a rather busy message board. Loads of flash Flash in the new design. Hope you can all see it! Apparently it's the future of the web, so I'm told. Not so sure my self, I thought the future of the web was content direct to your mobile phone. Time will tell!
And FINALLY there's a link back to this site! Thanks lads.
Mmmm. Hours of endless fun at this site just trying to guess the password! Go on, give me a clue, I want to get in!
OK,so here's a clue: 'Something to do with walls that are quite nice and b sides' If you still can't work it out you better ask over on the Embrace message board. I'd give you the full URL but it keeps changing, so go to their home page, and fight your way past the Flash to get in! Good luck.
Well I got into Secretswig, eventually, and very nice site it is too. Nice girl/girl kissing shots of Polly and friend (I kid you not!) and a shot of 'Embrace' in the snow. Did someone do that after swigging loads of lager?
So Embrace Fans now has a proper URL and a new design to boot. No more welcome.to/embracefans stuff with nasty advert popups. Hurrah!
And the new design looks good too! Bit brown for my taste, but all the info is there, and you can add your own profile now! The wonders of web based databases!
So all the content is added by you, the fans! Go on, add YOUR profile!
A weird and wonderful site from the weird and wonderful Setareh. She asked for a link via Email even after I changed this page so you can add your OWN links. Oh well. All that work, all that coding and no one clicks on the "Add A Link" link! The Wackie Pictures are quite a laugh, although I don't know what the band think. With all this obvious artistic ability you'd think that at least Setareh would dance to her favorite band! Love and Peace!!
Stevo's site. Loads of info especially tabs and lyrics for all the songs. Are you sure you've got all the correct tunings? Better ask Gor......
Oh dear. Just been back for another look and there's a flash Flash intro before you get into the site. Oh no, Flash really is taking over the Web!!
Here's what Stevo has to say about Embrace World:
As its my site I suppose I better say its brill, hopefully some of you like it, making sites isn't as easy as it seems. I hope to do more work on it once the new album comes out, there isn't much to work with once the band aren't giging or anything. The tabs that I have up and also the lyrics aren't always right but I am playing on peoples love to contradict in order to improve them... anyway enjoy.
Mmmm, more Flash. My favourite. NOT! Nice design, but it COULD have been done with HTML, and JavaScript and DHTML, so why use Flash?? Mmm, rant over!
The site will be ready in March 2001 with all of the content
you will ever need. Or so it says! So far there's a couple of chat rooms, one of which is the Last Gas one. Do we really need another chat room?? And then there's some pics from SG#4 and SG#5. There's even a few shots with me in the background from SG#5. I tried to have a look at the SG#4 pics but bandgallsg4.html redirects to bandgallsg5.html so I couldn't look for pics of me dancin' at SG#4! Oh well!
Maybe I'll check back in a while to see if the rest of the promised content has appeared. Watch this space, or maybe that space.
Chris Burns' Site. This site hosts the surreal Embrace chat room! Check it out. The rest of the site seems to be non-existent at present, maybe Chris'll update it soon!
She tells it like it is!! Apparently, this site is a piss take of the band's site! Nice site, and regularly updated.

There are no other reviews of Claire's Embrace Page.
Mary's Site
Mary's very informative site. Content is king on the web, but this site looks great as well. Loads and load of info about the first two albums with lot's of quotes from the band. And a very nice logo Mary!
Mary's site was on redhotant, which has now disapeared of the face of the internet! Shame, it was a good site. Maybe Mary will sort out hosting elsewhere. Thought I'd leave the entry here so Mary doesn't loose her hard earned votes.
Colin Ramsay's Site. No Flash now, as far as I can tell. So maybe he's seen the light as he's now using bog standard XHTML, CSS :-).
Good site, lot's of content, with some good media downloads.
Here's what Colin Ramsay has to say about Happy and Lost:
Updated regularly, this site has the best collection of Embrace guitar tab, original wallpaper images, Embrace song snippets for download and links and news for your perusal. It's a Flash site, easy to navigate and very cool.
Says it's the the first unofficial Embrace site on the web. And it has a (non working) counter that started in September 97. Looks like it hasn't been updated in a while!
